All of our pricing is wholesale and this price list can be reviewed and printed after receiving the password from our Sales Department.
PAYMENT TERMS
Net 30 days with approved credit
DELIVERY
Shipment will usually be made from our South Carolina plant within 4-6 weeks after receipt of order and credit approval.
UPS/FEDERAL EXPRESS SHIPMENT
UPS/FedEx charges are prepaid and added to our customer's invoice. Claims for damaged or lost merchandise should be reported within 48 hours to Victor Mill, Inc. Please retain cartons. We will notify UPS/FedEx and, if necessary, file the appropriate claims. Victor Mill, Inc. will then replace the damage or lost Merchandise or issue credit to our customer.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
We cannot accept or honor arbitrary chargebacks, claims, deductions, or returns from our customers without prior knowledge or agreement. Common business courtesy requires that we be notified prior to any chargeback, debit, return, or claim so that is fair to both sides. All shortages and/or shipment discrepancies must be brought to our attention within 30 days.
