  1. Being a member of the Victor Mill Webseller Program gives you immediate access to retail all our products.
  2. Setup material-we provide high resolution images and other setup information to make it easy to become a Webseller.
  3. Drop shipping- your customers orders will be drop shipped from our Mill so you will not have to keep an inventory.

How it works

  1. Prospects can apply for an account online.
    The minimum requirements are: Business License, Federal Tax ID, an active website, and a valid credit card.
  2. After approval an email will be sent to the Webseller.
  3. The Webseller will then receive the high resolution images, price lists etc.
  4. Orders can be placed either by email, fax or phone.
  5. When the order is ready to ship Victor Mill will charge the Webseller credit card.

Conditions

  1. Victor Mill uses UPS and can ship only to places that UPS can reach-PO Boxes cannot be used.
  2. If needed we can use the Websellers UPS or Fedex account and the freight will be charged direct.
  3. Packages will be insured according to Victor Mill's current agreement with UPS.
  4. The Webseller pays freight on all shipments.

Returns

  1. For each order, a document is sent with the merchandise.
    This document instructs the customer to contact the Webseller directly with any problems.
    This document will have the Websellers name, address, phone number, email.
  2. Victor Mill does not take any returns, except for defective merchandise.
  3. In the case of defective merchandise, Victor Mill will replace the defective item upon receipt of the defective product.

Payment

  1. Websellers are required to provide credit card information that Victor Mill will keep on file, and will charge before fulfilling orders.
